1. Overview

CloseSure is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our Property Transfer Tax calculator.

2. No User Accounts

CloseSure does not require user registration or accounts. You can use the calculator without providing any personal information.

3. Data Storage

Client-Side Only: All calculation data you enter (property prices, deposits, settings, etc.) is stored only in your browser's localStorage for your convenience.

• This data never leaves your device
• We do not have access to your calculation data
• Data persists until you click "Clear all data" or clear your browser's localStorage
• Clearing your browser data will remove all saved calculations

4. No Server Storage

CloseSure does not store, collect, or transmit your calculation data to any server. There are no backend databases containing your information.

5. Cookies and Tracking

Current Implementation: CloseSure does not use cookies or tracking technologies at this time.

Future Changes: If Google AdSense or similar advertising services are added in the future:

• Ads may use cookies per Google's policies
• You can manage ad preferences through Google Ad Settings
• This policy will be updated to reflect any changes

6. Analytics

We do not currently use analytics services to track your usage of CloseSure. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and provide opt-out options.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties because we don't collect or have access to your personal data in the first place.

8. Children's Privacy

CloseSure is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We recommend:

• Not using shared or public computers for sensitive calculations
• Clearing your browser data if using a shared device

• Access: All your data is visible in the calculator interface
• Deletion: Use the "Clear all data" button or clear your browser's localStorage
• Portability: You can manually copy your calculations as needed
