CloseSure is an informational calculator for estimating amounts related to presale and assignment purchases in British Columbia, Canada. The Service provides estimates for Property Transfer Tax (PTT), GST, mortgage calculations, and cash-to-close amounts based on your inputs.

All calculation data is stored only in your browser's localStorage until you click "Clear all data." We do not store your calculations on any server. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
